A hammered titanium pan with two handles, so a full pan is easy to lift with both hands. The surface is naturally non-stick. Kōmyō (光明) means radiant light: it is the Hatori titanium cookware line.
Three layers: a hammered titanium cooking surface, an aluminium heat core and a stainless steel induction base. Around 45% lighter than steel. The dual ergonomic handles give a balanced grip.
