Beschrijving
A ring knife has a small round hole at the heel of the blade. Your finger slips through it, and the knife sits firmly in your hand while you slice meat, cut vegetables or cook outdoors. This 16 cm knife is a good size for the cutting board and the camp table alike.
Kiba 牙 means fang: the Hatori line of forged knives with a finger ring at the heel and a handle of rosewood or red sandalwood. This one is forged carbon steel with a hammered finish and a bright polished edge. The spine is 4 mm thick. The handle is rosewood on a full tang, held with three steel rivets. It arrives sharp out of the box.

Interesting take on the design of the razor. Still getting used to the angle and the amount of pressure needed to shave. Really needs a lighter touch (pressure) for the shave.
