Lost Package Policy

  • For Customers with Shipping Protection: If you’ve purchased our Shipping Protection, we’ll send you a free replacement for any lost package—no questions asked.

  • Without Shipping Protection: If Shipping Protection wasn’t purchased at checkout, the customer assumes responsibility for lost packages. We always recommend selecting Shipping Protection to safeguard your order.
