Having purchased the Hatori rolling knife sharpener and the 7 piece knives for father day special price, took a little while to deliver but they kept updates during then. I started using them and they were very sharp and they are lighter in weight than my Flint in Flame knife sets. I thought they would be heavier being Japanese and harden. I would have to put more pressure on to cut where I don't with my other F&F set. All in all they are nice knives and for the price it's worth it. The Hatori sharpener is very good and they sharpen my knives beautifully and its not messy with a wet sharpening block and the quality of the rolling sharpening kit is beautifully made.
